Both areas saw an almost 9% increase in sales over the last year. Both areas are popular with families and investors. Median home prices were stable in Williamson County, but both Franklin and Brentwood home sale prices saw a minor drop of less than 2% over the year. However, with the rebound in total sales, home prices in Brentwood and Franklin are expected to slowly rise.
