2012 has been terrific for home sales in Brentwood and Franklin houses for sale! Franklin leads the way with home prices increasing more than 16% since January 2011. Homes for sale in Franklin also sold almost 3 weeks faster than those on the market last January. Brentwood, with an average home listing price of $640,528 saw an almost 30% increase in sales over a year ago and a 10% increase in average sales price. These upscale areas south of Nashville are the real estate hot spot for buyers and sellers in Williamson County.
